Shipping days do not include public holidays.
We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Where you believe an item may be faulty or defective, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. At our discretion we will either repair or replace the item.
Where an item is damaged through misuse, negligence or abnormal use, Queensland Homecare will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
